Testimonials

"Nothing helps you de-stress from university life more than some time on a punching bag! Not only does the Kickboxing Club provide a friendly and social environment, but also an amazing workout, and the confidence to face the world.

It combines both a physical and a mental workout - teaching mind over matter and emphasising that most challenges faced can be overcome without physical confrontation, but rather with mental strength and psychological know-how (although being able to kick arse is always a good back-up plan).

As a Kickboxing Club Member, I experience a great training atmosphere, embracing diversity and individuality, while still accommodation for each individual and their level of comfort."

- Gleb S.

"My time at the Monash University Kickboxing Club has been terrific. A fun and enthusiastic atmosphere has really allowed me to concentrate and improve on concentration, coordination and fitness, but also provide confidence in self-defence under the guidance of very knowledgeable instructors. The opportunity to participate and spectate in tournaments with other Kickboxing Club Members has been a rewarding experience. A must for anyone looking for self-improvement, fitness and/or just a fun sport."
