Not only does the Kickboxing Club provide a friendly and social environment, but also an amazing workout, and the confidence to face the world. It combines both a physical and a mental workout - teaching mind over matter and emphasising that most challenges faced can be overcome without physical confrontation, but rather with mental strength and psychological know-how (although being able to kick arse is always a good back-up plan).
